Time is running out on the governments $8,000 unprecedented First Time Home Buyer Stimulus credit.  Buyers wanting to take advantage of the plan need to be in contract by the end of April and close by July.   Congress expanded the Stimulus to Buyers who have owned their home for 3 of the last 5 years.  These buyers may qualify for a $6500 credit.

Rumors of even stricter loan programs with FHA and others, this stimulus and a down market makes this a great time for  buyers entering the market.
